I am getting kinda sick of this winter wonderland we have been having... but I am keeping myself busy with Little Big Planet, Gears Of War, shooting pool at ye olde pub and on PS3 HOME, and playing with 'Doba who is growing up to quick! 

Cancer and I did our Christmas shopping yesterday and as usual I found MORE things that I WANTED then I found for others, but I am happy to say that I am 98% done! I couldn't do as much this year since I have future plans to save for, but I hope everyone is still pleased with there gifts. :) I will be happy just being able to spend time with everyone, cuz as the years pass, things that matter to me are much smaller and simpler then when I was a kid, but if there is one thing I do need this Christmas that is not small or simple it is a car, and that is about to happen! :)
When I sat on Santa's lap about a month ago with my dear friend Jolie I had asked for a car... he told me how to make that happen and so I did! I test drove a 2000 Jetta and feel in love. The sound is to die for from the stereo which is a HUGE selling point for me since music is my life, but the car also handles like a dream and though it isn't super sporty looking, it is FAST. I just really like it and am going to be getting it very soon! :)
I think its funny that I will be TOTAL Euro-trash now... Driving in my Jetta with the Oasis & Cure sticker on the back, heading down to the VOX [my fav. bar that plays Depeche Mode, Cure, Radiohead, Jesus Mary Chain, Oasis and other British rock bands] and drinking my fav. euro. beer! LOL!
Anyways, thats about all thats new in my world, other than I found my wedding dress which is a very beautiful black gothic gown styled by vintage inspirations, and the most perfect wedding cake topper to go with our funeral themed wedding! ;P

Honestly though, I have always wanted to see the two put together like this. It's fitting... Anyways, I am a tool. ;p

 

Even though I already know what I am getting for Christmas this year, [Cancer and I decided to go half and half on a PS3 with Little Big Planet and The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray since we both want them] there are still a few things on my Christmas list that I hope to get... I am not asking for much this year, I pretty much have everything I want already. I NEED TO STOP buying shit!.. & of course I have the man of dreams ;p 

But honestly, saving for the wedding and honeymoon should be my MAIN objective!

Though it was getting dark quick, my feet were freezing from walking through the recently fallen snow and there were coyotes screaming while we walked up to the abandoned Insane Asylum, Jolie and I didn't miss a beat on our pursuit out to the old building with such a dark history. We meet a man out there who claimed to "Not be weird..." but then insisted on telling us about his summer fling at the abandoned hospital and later offered us a ride home... 0_o

 

Yep... you read that right. This gamer is stepping up the cuteness in her world and asking for Animal Crossing "City Folk" for Christmas this year.

Normaly I play games that involve killing and decapitating monsters, zombies, people and creatures, but this year I am letting a little light into my commonly dark gamer world with cute animals. :p

 

Why, you may ask?

Well, VERY sadly my bff of many years whom I love dearly is moving to Texas and the games we noramly would play together, like Silent Hill, isn't online capable.. so we plan to meet up in the Animal Crossing city to get our coffee like we would here and shop! ;p

 

 

It will give me something to look forward to the nights we plan to meet up online and chat while we play... and hopefully Santa will bring her a PS3 so we can also play Little Big Planet together still!!! <3 that game and playing it with her, most the time she is saving my ass!

 

I would go more into how I am feeling about her leaving, but I am trying to focus on the things that we can look forward to right now.. and I am at work while I write this, so there is no good time to start crying. However, I am sure to pour my heart to the page soon about this matter... my heart is breaking; and that always brings the poet out of me.

   

This years Halloween was nothing short of a horrific good time! Of course this year, like many come to pass, there was plenty of pumpkin stealing and carving, Haunted houses... SPLATTER HAUS, [the Midwest's BEST haunted house!] pumpkin patches, hot cider, tons of degore shopping at all the Halloween stores, cemetery picnics, costume shopping, horror movie marathons, seeing The Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D.... the hit list goes on and on, but the best thing of all this Halloween season was being able to spend it with my little pug and my fience. :)

Doba's first Halloween!:

The notorious Pumpkin thieves strike and steal 13! Here are some photos of all the pumpkins stolen and carved. Cancer did the awesome House Of 1000 Corpses zombie pumpkin and I did the Jack Skeleton.. the rest are a mix of others we carved. :)

HALLOWEEN NIGHT! A fun night out for a devil, zombie and... zombie and devil?! lol! :)

And last but not least... our Halloween Degore selection! After Halloween, The Spirit Store and Halloween Express has 50% off and Cancer and I don't fuck around with that! We were up and ready before they opened and we got everything we had out eyes on [5 bags full]... Cancer got his life size, talking Hannibal Lector and I got my Headless talking gothic bride that we will have for our reception party next year! I was soooooo excited to get that to go with the dead groom. It will be a perfect greeting to our funeral themed wedding! ;p
